Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for security, stock, or pricing reasons.

Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Cash On Delivery (COD)

• bKash

• Nagad

Delivery Policy

• Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 3-4 working days

Delivery Charges:

• Dhaka City: 80৳

• Gazipur, Savar, Keraniganj: 100৳

• Outside Dhaka: 150৳

Customers must check products in front of the delivery person during delivery.

Return & Complaint Policy

We do not offer refunds after purchase confirmation.

If customers receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or mismatched products, they must report the issue immediately while the delivery person is present. Complaints after delivery completion may not be accepted.
