Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return only if:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
Wrong size or wrong product was delivered
Product does not match the ordered item
The issue must be reported immediately during delivery while the delivery person is still present.
No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds after order confirmation and successful delivery. Customers are requested to place orders only after being fully confident about the purchase.
Product Checking During Delivery
Customers must check the product carefully during delivery. Once the delivery person leaves, no complaints or return requests will be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after delivery
Size issues after confirmation
Minor color differences due to screen display
Used or damaged products after delivery
