Estimated delivery times are:
Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3-4 working days
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, natural disasters, political issues, or high order volume periods.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are:
Dhaka City: 80৳
Gazipur, Savar & Keraniganj: 100৳
Outside Dhaka: 150৳
Delivery charges may change during special campaigns or promotional offers.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our team may contact customers via phone call or SMS for order confirmation before shipment processing.
Product Checking During Delivery
Customers are requested to check products carefully while the delivery person is present. Any issue regarding damaged products, wrong items, size problems, or mismatched products must be reported immediately during delivery.
Once the delivery person leaves, complaints may not be accepted.
Failed Delivery
Orders may be cancelled if:
Customer phone number is unreachable
Incorrect address is provided
Customer refuses to receive the order
